So I think it is clear to say that this year's refs are all blind. Though I admit that Netherlands played a great game, the score should have been closer to 2-2, as France had massiva amounts of chances. Also, Henry's shot was CLEARLY blocked by that defenders (the name escapes me), and would have g...

So, sad display from France's potential in today's game against Romania. We're going to have a tough time getting through if we keep playing like this. I think Riberry played brilliantly as usual, but the whole Benzema-Anelka thing didn't work too well. Defence was great as usal, though i'm supprise...

Nah, its all about France. We came so close to winning the World Cup, it is only fitting that we get this one.

On the other hand, I also think Portugal will end up winning it, although I think we might see some good things from Germany as well.

Khorne List -2000 pts and Khorne tactics.

Hey all. Its been a while since I last posted on here, and in fact played much Warhammer at all. As such, my friend and I have decided to start up a Khorne army together, as in we'll both be buying the models. I came up with the following list: Lord of Khorne- Chaos Runesword Gaze of the Gods 12 Cho...

No comments eh? I guess my list must be so perfect that all have cowered in fear at the very thought of facing this army :P

Seriously people. I need to know what you guys think of this army. I cannot afford to show up and get completely massacred. My reputation is at stake here.

Awakening the Army Once More (TK 2000pts)

So after several unfortunate events with my beloved Druchii, I have decided to start again on my old Tomb Kings army. As they have not seen action for something like 2 years, I believe there battle prowess are a bit rusty. After reading through the posts on this and other forums, I've come up with t...

I would probably suggest you to add some warriors from 15 to 20. As it stands, one casualty and they're down to only one rank (assuming they'll be in a 5x3 formation). You could find the points by either droping the xbows on your DR unit with Std. Combined with the chariots they will do wonders. Oth...

When building my list, I usually try to start with core and work my way up to special and rare, and finally characters. I think it makes you think more about how your army is gonna play, and then you can pick out which characters best support that role. As for the method, I use thegreatuncleanone.co...

I really is a personal prefference. I usually glue the model to the base first, and then glue the sand/flock on afterwards. I think this process makes the basing look a bit more realistic, but again its a personal preferrence. As for the glue, i use white school glue, mixed with a bit of water to ma...

Gunlines can be a pain in the rear at times, especially when its a stuntie dwarf gunline. My best friend, who plays stunties, use to do the very same thing (i.e. 2x10 thunderers, 2 BT's, cannon, organ gun, gyro), so i've had my share of those. What I basically found is that the organ gun is probably...

[quote="dggrj"]@Lord of Fear: You mean give him the Blade of Ruin so that on average when he strikes first he can take out 1 heavy cav model, and then eat it, giving him a return on your points of somewhere between 14% and 25%? If you're not too unlucky he'd live two rounds and get 28-50%,...

The assassin is great at taking down stuff when it pops out, as previously mentioned. Stick him in a unit with the blade of rhuin and it will make short work of most T3 heavy cav. Give him rune of khaine and he can easily take out infantry. When facing the new high elves, like previously mentioned, ...

You could try to use Chillwind against his mages inside the buildings since magic missiles ignore all cover benefits. In these circumstances, i would advise you to go either magic heavy yourself (i.e. 2 lvl2's with drakstar cloak and maybe wand of kharaidon) or use just a scroll caddy (1 lvl1, seal ...

Thanks for the repplies guys. @Minsc- The reason I use a war banner on the corsairs is simply to provide as much CR as I can. I usually don't commit them to a fight unless I am sure the CR will be needed and that the corsairs will survive the round. The shield on Highborn is a good idea actually, bu...

So I finally got around to testing out this list against my friend's high elves. As it turned out, he was using quite a bit of shooting, as well as magic. Otherwise, the overall army looks good. Th...

My personal favorite is Ca Plane Pour Moi by Plastic Bertrand. I recently discovered it after watching Eurotrip. Other than that I'm not too sure. My parents play a lot of French music at home, mostly cause we're French :D
