Now I'm surprised Assasin's Creed even runs on any PC out there as it has to be very harsh on any kind of hardware that can be bought for a reasonable price. With that said, just by looking at the screenshot, it says you need a better processor. You mentioned 2.6 GHz while you have a 2.2 GHz one (wh...

Your models look stunning. I particularly like how you used somewhat basic colors but used them in places not everyone does. For instance, the black armor on the Black Guards. The highlights on some of the purple cloth are a bit harsh for my taste, but when seen from a bit farther, such as when on t...

I would leave out CoKs for the time being as they're hard to field even at 1000 pts. In a 600 pts. game, The smallest CoK unit, with full command, would cost you 190 pts, nearly one third of your force. That might be okay for some other more basic units, but CoKs are stupid, and so unreliable. That ...

2 RBT = £24 I think you'll find that having two RBTs is more than twice as useful as having only one. If both are well positioned, the threat to your opponent is not only doubled, but you can combine them on some units, taking down what you want to take down fast, and it gives your opponent two tar...

I just bought some magnets from http://www.amazingmagnets.com/ . I liked how they have a very wide array of sizes you can choose from, and how, if you buy in bulk, it quickly gets cheaper. Shipping did cost me a bundle though but that's Canadian customs for you.

Are the models in the battalion box pre-assembled as in the introductory boxes, as the description seems to suggest? I like the idea of buying in bulk, but I also like having control over exactly how my models look.

Mr. Sinister.

He's a vilain, any Druchii can relate to that, and he's not just born "super", he's literally as self-made man. Plus, it looks like nothing can get rid of him.

All in all, I think Lord Anathir's views on the upcoming Druchii are fair and worthy of consideration, even though some of them can be argued against. So I'd first like to thank him for bringing a fair "outsider's" perspective on the DE, something we can all use I believe. Overall, what I ...

However, I never sacrifice movement in favor of ...

I see the buying of multiple Null Shards as making more sense in terms of usefulness rather than having them limited to one per character. Why else would the effects stack? In case you have three characters in one unit? However, GW isn't known for making only rules that render things useful.

The question seems, to me, to be whether the Wizard may "lose" a spell it does not know. My understanding of it has always been that you choose, at random, a power that the Wizard knows at the moment the Crystal is used. So, if spellcards are used, just discard a random one from those the ...

Very nice. I like the colors, dark but not too bland and very Druchii. The last photo shows how well you did the capes. I personally find it rather hard to shade (or rather highlight) large black areas well, often either giving them not any noticeable amount of depth, or having them turn out too gra...

When playing against Dwarves, which is like half the games I've played, I take all my sorceresses and put them aside... far from the gaming table. Magic is close to useless against them, and you'll probably miscast as often as you land spells. I also find that bolt throwers work well against them. A...

The more recent titles in the Warcraft series of games has some manticores which, altough a bit cartoonish, have a look I really like. Well, I'm not the most veteran of players but, from my point of view, your friend is mostly right. To make my eyes, I start with black, of the shape of the eye I want to make. Then I paint the interior of that mark with white. I don't have my army book on hand, but don't the poisons state that they supercede each-other? I've always assumed you couldn't combine poisons. I am pretty sure, in any case, that a Hag looses it's normal poison when it takes Manbane.

I've found the Manbane to work very well against heavy armour, but then only the hag has it and it, and the other witches, tends to get butchered quite fast even when flanking. So in effect, that's one or two kills from the manbane only. With the price of the models it kills, that normally makes it ...
