I have had a quick look through the new book and it says:

Always Strikes First, means you get re-rolls all rolls to hit if you have equal or high Initiative.... Thats a fact! But if you have Always Strickes Last and Always Strikes First, then you strike at normal Initiative order.

This is a very nice model.
I cannot wait to see it painted.

It's weekness however is that if the monoverabilty of you army is hinderd, with no rank bonus eg,infanty to hide behind the battle plain comes apart.

Executioner's every time, the models are some of the best Gw have done.
And thier back ground is cool.

I usally spend a quarter of my point on character the rist on units.
On special uints I also would spend just over a quarter.
