Wow you can certainly see the mix of high and dark elves in there. The armour design is very nice. They have done well here.

I would say yes it can. it should be able to keep stacking. its not a re-roll so it shouldn't be limited to only the one roll.

You can soak them in boiling water then bend the to the desired shape, clamping them into position with a jig or mold. Keep the heat in it and you should be ok to bend them.
