Quite a risky tactic as your opponent can dispel the spell. If they do that you have some characters exposed in the middle of nowhere staring straight at a gunline

I'm trying to avoid witch elves. Aside from them being in most DE lists I'm not a massive fan of their fluff.

Shades is a great point I love the thought of a unit causing enough havoc to make an opponent choose to turn a portion of their army away or change their deployment.
