"Pit Fighter"-based Online Arena (Gauging Interest

Good evening, D.net! "Pit Fighter" is a spin-off of Mordheim which was introduced in a Fanatic magazine a couple of years ago. Players control a set of gladiators which move across a hexagonal game grid, fighting each other to the death. The gladiators are selected from different "sty...

Is that really the Admin formerly known as the "Lord of Khorne" speaking? A real Khornate can't have enough pointy and spiky bits on himself, right? :D

I would argue the other way, since the description of the Crimson Death explicitly states that it ignores modifiers I would rule that it trumped the MRoSteel which just "generically" lowers the strength of incoming attacks. A bit like "Strikes first" vs. "Always strikes firs...

Cestus is the name for an african claw weapon held in the fist like a knuckle duster but with curved blades projecting between the fingers. There is no historical analog for the weapon as it wouldn't physically be possible. It would need at least a strap running across the palm to stop the thing on...

I would think that they age in all the fluff I've read from other series outside of LOTR and WH. Take the elven king from Hellboy 2, he practically had one foot in the door before he got shined. If you really want to know the answer, try studying some of the Germanic or Nordic lore and fairy tales....

Elves in general do not age. Uhm. Background seems to indicate otherwise (Death Hags, the old Shade crone from the Darkblade books... heck, if Elves did not age what would be the special point of Malekith's immortality or Morathi's unending beauty?). Also, However Druchii do because of their associ...

In my opinion Malekith is fine as he is - and he did get a considerable boost compared to his previous incarnation already (which was without doubt too epensive for what it did). If he joins Kouran and a BG unit, he becomes Unbreakable. Redundant in 95% of cases since Malus always causes either fear...

I didn't claim Aenarion was a god - merely Asuryan's (and later Khaine's) vessel. And somehow I can't imagine something touched by the divine to stay behind once deceased to be interred or analyzed. Just my personal opinion, though.

In so far as Chaotic taint is concerned, it depends on your own views: do you consider Black Library official fluff. Personally, I do not, so I would say no. Officially, one Sister has turned to Slanesh, and she is the disgrace to all other Sisters. In Black Library's Daemonifuge, every second Sist...

Turned into ash? Maybe something along the lines like what happens to Jedi when they die - they simply vanish. Aenarion was the vessel of a god after all and gods normally don't leave corpses behind. It only adds to the mystery surrounding the greatest Elf of all times. Considering that neither Sig...

The other half thinks it is badly written, disregarding established background and not worth pay...

I can only recommend having a look at Ulthuan.net and look out for the opening of the campaign registration. The last two campaigns there were tremendously entertaining (I wasn't around to participate in the Sundering, the first installment) and I epect no less of the fourth one.
