To Yeurl

Good post! This kind of statement illustrates my point exactly - well thought out evaluation of the obvious short comings in the list, backed by sensible reasoning.

NOW WHY DON'T GW TAKE NOTICE?! (a rhetorical question guys)

To Phil (with respect) ha ha   Seriously though, you have my sympathy. That was the first time he had used that army. I am going to play it on Tuesday so I'll let you know how I get on with it. To Thanee - the mad cap mushrooms (which I believe only one unit can have) double the fanatic da...

Can you elaborate on how you killed the steam tank please. I am off to the UK GT in a couple of weeks and I still have not fought one yet

My 2 cents :D Yes GW as a company has to make money so we can continue to enjoy our hobby. And yes we all accept that GW have other armies and other generals to sort out and appease, as well as other storylines to develop - some of which we want as druchii generals. However, there are many companies...

City Guard costs are 9 points per model +1 for shields / any number of models may replace spears with rxbs for +4 points.

COK are core and are 0 - 1 with a cheaper command unit musician for 9 pts/ standard for 10 pts & dread for 10pts

Shades are rare and 0 -1 units.

Need any other info?

Do you have any idea what might be in your opponents army? The reason I ask is coz if you do it would make advising you easier. Magic wise I think you should use Dark Magic, plan on her dying so get her as close as possible quickly to do the damage before she does. A hydra also works - terror and th...

Well I agree with Grog on several points. Infantry backed by chariots threaten the obvious tactic of "Come on then, hit me if you like coz my chariot is having your flank" and HE chariots are so NOT better than ours. Give me stupidity to handle anyday if I can have s4 elves, scythed wheels etc. And ...

Ok to Kitrik here's an idea. I feel that everyone will want to support you and ensure that this site continues to run. From the few posts that I have read it seems apparent that there may be a few problems in getting the money to you as the druchii are worldwide. So, how about appointing a number of...

Being without druchii.net over the last few days has really illustrated just how bad the GW boards are, and just how good this site is. Being new to forums per se I never really took much notice of GW on the odd occasion I used to visit it. One visit which resulted in my finding this site (thanks Li...

Sorry for appearing dumb here, so the centre of the template can never be in the centre of the target unit then (unless a single model or war machine I suppose). To put it another way - I have seen it played where the caster places the template in such a way as to cover whole units. This is wrong th...

I like your sense of humour.

Let's add some more fuel to the fire - so why was Beastlord Rakarth made official in the annual & not Shadowblade??? ;)

Well I think Dark MAgic is ok, as long as you get the spells you want in any particular game! I agree with Lord Thaleck & Grog about a bound spell magic missile, and a thread like this will inevitably lead off into other directions. Here it goes again . . . Can someone please explain exactly how...

Hey very well done indeed!!!! This is very encouraging for my army list so I hope I will be posting a favourable series of reports myself in about a month's time. The list is official, tournament legal and does not require your opponents agreement beforehand. I don't know the wd list but in the annual you have lord / noble choice. Lv 1 or 2 sorceress. Core units : warriors / city guard or cold one knights Special choices : bolt thrower / chariot / dark riders...

Well done! It is great when a plan comes together. I agree with Grog though, the hydra is a little unimpressive in combat so as I have said elsewhere, always support it and it will work for you.

As you found out. Once again well done. The Druchii rock!!!
