The reason you can't get the 5-model boxed sets anymore is probably because there won't be 5-model sets. My guess is that they'll change the packing, maybe even adding more models (8 seems to be a favoured number), and release them with the new army. However, there will not be new Knight Models. The...

I don't know that there's evidence to suggest even that. All we've seen is the Cold One itself, which leads me to believe that it could just be the mount for our new hero kit, and our old COs remain the same. They're not missing from the Online Store, after all. Spot on! The new Cold One model if f...

*Nagsi agrees with Rork* I've never had one of those social/personal info thingies. There are plenty of them, and I've avoided them faithfully. And then I heard Microsoft bought their foot into facebook, and I was suddenly very happy I've stayed away :) Unfortunately, D.net isn't very addictive for ...

They work as fast as they can. But they have many things going at once. Things of higher priority (believe it or not). A FAQ per week is darn fast IMO. It's just been a helluva lot of things that had to be done before these FAQs. Ease the GW-bashing, please. You don't know the fluff story.

Malus is the one I've used the most. Morathi is the one I like the fluff for the most (as long as they keep it Slaaneshi and not changing back and forth all the time), and Shadowblade is the one I'd like to use the most.

Considering the fact that he is designing the book, and has said so himself on several occasions, I'd feel like correcting your answer.

Azure; Remember that Alessio has more than one thing to do these days. Also, each question needs to be considered and answered in the most correct way so that it does not conflict with anything else GW has written, and he needs to ask the guy(s) who wrote the rule in the first place to find out the ...

Gav Thorpe is a good bloke. He's got a lot of balls in the air, and sometimes he can do a minor mistake. He's only human afterall. I have full confidence in Gav and his elaborate team of PlayTesters.

Too many upper-case letters for me to even bother trying to point out the obvious mistakes :)

Format it better, and show the readers that you have put some effort in it. if you do that, I will reply with my comments.

As with any campaign, you can't really have 30 people writing fluff for it. You need to limit yourself. Also, if you're looking for a campaign which includes more races than just the Dark Elves, I can tell you that there will be such a campaign shortly. Hosted by Warvault.net, created by representat...

As I didn't see it noted before in this thread, this Cold One is most likely only for the new "Nobles" and "Highborns". Just as for High Elves, there will be plenty of new character models, but very few unit models made anew.

And it is definitely cool.

What does it take to be heard these days? :( As always, if you want something done it is best to do it yourself. Co...

His title on Games Workshop is "Lead Background Designer" (unless he's changed lately), so he should have the fluff right. If not, it is in his power to change it :D

My army (" The 16th spect of Khaine ") is very black and red with bright Mithril Silver weapons. I painted it a long time ago, so the skill I had back then was pretty poor. Flat colours and some inking was about all I could do at the time. Army Overview Dragonlord Execs, DR and RBTs Speare...

My favourite character in the Dark Elf book is and has always been Morathi. I like her name too. So a simple addition of the Drukh Eltharinn word for "cold/chill" ("Nag(g)") and "Morathi" ends up in "Nagathi". Pretty neat, pretty unique (google it and you'll f...

You design in Dreamweaver? Then we've found the error :D I do all my design by hand in a simple txt document (or several, rather). All you need is some harpies. You should be able to get a charge off on turn 2 and thats about the end of the WLC. In most cases, I've only really suffered 1 or 2 rounds of shooting from them. All WCs I've faced has deployed deep inside a forest to avoid fying charges, or 2mm behind a screen of 10w...

It wouldn't be an "intersite" campaign if it's just a single site involved. I know Langmann sits on a very fine campaign software, but his appearance lately has been very sparse as far as I have noticed (the intersite campaign team from the campaign noted above has tried to reach him for t...

Not all Wood Elves are from Athel Loren. There's the Laurenorim Elves (or however they spell it). The "Lost Kindred" as well as regular non-Asur forest-dwelling Elves all arund the Great Forest.
