I agree with you Deliik, but our Manticore is almost the same thing as the High elf Griffon and our Pegasus is very similar to their Great Eagle.

I would use one big unit of Executioners and one big unit of Cold One Knights, the rest would be small and cheap units of Dark Riders, maybe a chariot and some harpies/shades.
I really like my unit of 30 Executioners for just 360 points. Equal to a heavy equipped lord.

Against the damn Ironbreakers (like 20 of them) I use the single bolt but from three RBTs so two of them hit and like 5 Ironbreakers die. If u shoot six bolts the breakers will still have Toughness 4 and 5+ Armour Save. Thats hard to penetrate...

Give your assassin Touch of Death and the talisman instead, so you can kill a character in the first turn. I like your 4 RBTs but, as Oeric, I don´t think your WE will do much damage. They will loose combat resolution first turn and loose their frenzy right away. If you want to use Witch Elves, use at least 16 of them, most preferably 20.
Otherwise I agree with Oeric about the changes.
