Gave it a listen - nice review! One thing I don't think you mentioned, is that it doesn't seem like Death Hags have the keyword Witch Aelf anymore, which means they don't get the +1 modifier from the Cauldron's Bloodshield. Pretty lame and hopefully a mistake.

By the way - piggybacking on your mentioning of Sisters of Slaughter - they are absolutely insane if you add in the Shield of Thorns spell (from Sisters of the Thorn) to cover and/or Mystic Shield.

Oddly enough, the cauldron itself has the 'Witch Aelves' keyword, meaning it would get the +1 modifier. That does perhaps suggest that the death hag ought to have it too.
