It's some wishful thinking, but my bet's on new models... not a repack of existing ones (although.. I can't see them update the entire range either)

I think that it's going to be a mix of new and old.
I think that HE will get a lot more new models, while the DE we only get some heroes.

AoS updates tend to be in small factions, ie. Ironjaws or Flesh-Eater Courts, rather than entire ranges.

I would imagine starter boxes for aelves will only show up when they get round to re-packaging the relevant boxes with round bases for one faction (Daughters of Khaine, Order Serpentis, etc.) or bring it a new faction with associated battletome.

The start collecting boxes are also based on sales of existing mini's.

Im sure they got the selected kits already in mind but are just waiting for windows of opportunity to release them.

So if you really want aelfs collecting boxes, encourage people not to buy existing elf stuff! Lol.

I still think the first new AoS aelf models we see will be Shadowkin. By which I mean the first new aelf models post-Silver-Tower will be more Shadowkin. And they will be sculpted to fit in with the Silver Tower ones - i.e. more like Dark Eldar than anything else, and with mist/fog/'living shadow' swirling around them.
