'to hit' chart the same as the 'to wound* chart?
Just wondering what you all think (by the way - I voted 'yes' as it would make the elven WS much better).

I don't think they should be the same but I do think there should be more likely hood of missing when you've got WS2 VS WS9 or more chance of hitting in reverse.
