Playing Warhammer

I was always wondering, how many of you guys play very often? I'd also like to find out who goes to tournaments regularily, if they go to GT's or Rogue Trader tournaments, maybe local gaming clubs, whatever. I just want to know how often you guys get to play.

I actually play very little. I only have a few friends who play Warhammer and i haven't gone to the store yet to play. If it were possible, i would have asked for some opponents for christmas! :cry:

I play not so often like 4 times or 5 a month :cry:

but that's because a friend ( Shadowblade... ) and i are almost the only ones that like to play nearby ( Medellín, Colombia ) but we are trying to find more opponents....

yeah and its annoying when one of your few opponent plays a race you don't like to play against... I'm so sick of long gruelling games versus dwarfs

I play more often of late. I get in at least one game a week, sometimes several. I like to participate in every tournament I find, though that isn't many.

I played at the 2002 LAGT back in late sept., a game last thursday, thats it for me recently as I'm getting busier everyday.

I play at least one game a week, usually 2 or 3-most of my friends that I hang out with play, my girlfriend plays, so that is what I do.

I would really like that all my friends were player but mostly all of them says things like:" I would buy warhammer but it is too expensive"

and " i like the minis but it is too hard to paint them "....

Yeah warhammer really is time consuming, i think that turns alot of people off from it.

I find it good pratice for tournament play as well as regularly getting to play against new faces.

ME unfortunatly i only get about one daya month for gaming :cry:

But i seem to have an ability to brainstrom in my calculator so it may seem i play alot more often

Most of time once per week (saturday in fact, or sometime a evening during the week). Not this time because of holidays and christmas, but we start a new campain this saturday (gotta hurry to finish the rules !lol!

). I was thining about taking my Slaanesh army but with all tactics I've read here, my DE going to battle again.

I get to play about once a month but I do make it to RTT's and have been to a GT. I am also going to a GT this year in March

Besides, there really aren't that many fantasy ones here in the great desert with the lake.

I used to go to a club every couple of weeks to play, but fell out of the habit when the exams came along. I may start up again when I get a little more time, and some more models, but right now I haven't played a game in a few months.

I play a few times a week. I have two boards in my garage, and 6 armies to choose from. I don't play in tournaments, but I have a big group of friends who play.

man...i havn't even played a real game yet. period...it sucks so bad. nobody, literally nobody i know plays. and to top it all off, i don't even have a big enough army for anything. if you live in detroit/dearborn and know where the mall Fairlane is, i live by there. i need some player friends

I didn't play yet ... And I don't think that I will in the near future. First, I don't know anyone just as Symphony of Silence who plays Warhammer. Even if they would like to start, it's to expensive. Second, there was an store for maniacs in second biggest city in Poland which I live near, but now is gone
