It's an online election, so she can become an ambassador of some sorts for Pantène, a brand of beauty products and shampoo etc. She can win lots of stuff with this, including a chance to design her own fashion line! So please, everyone, click the link above, click the big square orange button in the top right corner, and check her pics if you want to. Some people can even manage to vote more than once, so if you're really bored you can attempt to do so!

If you follow the link you can’t vote anymore.

Someone who hasn’t voted yet should click “zoeken naar bepaalde candidates” in the menu on the left. And then type “Elvire” in the box that says “voornaam”. Then hit the button that says “zoeken”. Likely you will only get one result. Click on “details” just above the picture. And then copy that link and post it here. Then everyone will have the right link. And everyone should be able to just click “stemmen” as soon as they open the link.
