What Colour is this Dress?
You are probably sick of this one already, but I wondered ...what is the Druchii view of this mysterious garment?

Apparently, the photo above looks different depending on the rods+cones in your eyes.
I see white/gold.

Re: What Colour is this Dress?
Actually, what one can see is a picture taken with too much exposure and too little contrast.
As a comparison with the original pic, on the left:
Right up is the pic with a correction for exposure and contrast. The nice colours of the people behind can testify that it is closer to real colours.
Be aware that the actual dress is even darker, i.e. Navy blue & black instead of the medium blue & brownish black I obtained.
Right down is the pic with even more exposure and contrast; definitvely gold and a slightly blueish white.
With even more exposure, one would see a full white and white picture - and no dress.
I'm sure that depending on the computer screen, the light around..., the same person could view the pic either more black/blue or more white/gold.
Try yourself: look at the original pic with a different angle of screen (up or down).

Re: What Colour is this Dress?
It looks pretty white and gold to me regardless of angle.
Anyone see the top pic as blue and black?

All this mixing with High Elves has brought on an obsession with dresses...

This dress is just like new Bloodthirster. Some people see a fantastic model, angry and dynamic. Others see it as prancing comic book character on steroids with a brick falling on its head (or some such).
Most disturbingly, I see either bluish white/gold or blue-grey/almost black. It changes every time I open this thread.
It is evident this is extremely bad photo (the actual colours in there are greyish blue and sienna, I checked!) and the author should be disposed of before s/he creates another such atrocity to haunt the webways.

And here i was thinking warhammer forums safe from such things...
