Indeed. It's why I am now officially making an epic Wood Elf switch. Cos they're filth...

@Squid- they're the Dark Eldar 40K Mandrakes, with a little bit of trimming of the base tab they go onto a 20mm base very easily

@Assani- go on then... picture added. Bask in my radiance. Bask in it!

I'm still assembling Dryads :( It might be Dark Elves for Valhalla after all...

They've changed the comp a lot since the first draft, some really weird things in there. For example, if I take a Cauldron I can't have a Supreme Sorceress but I can still have 20 shades... so 2 level 2s and 5 Shadow spells it is then :)

I've got Tribute the first weekend of next month, then Valhalla the weekend after, then maybe Warfare the weekend after that so next month will be a busy one!

Hopefully some practice games in between in the meantime though :)

Once again excellent work on your battle reports. I have to say the Throne of Skulls ones are your best yet. It is especially interesting to see how you combine careful strategy with a competitive list.

Really enjoyed watching your battle reports - they've given me some great ideas for my own new DE army, and the quality of the videos as soared as time went on. Looking forward to seeing a load more next month!

Also keen to see your WE army. Any hints how it is shaping up? One of my regular opponents has just switched from Wood Elves to Chaos Warriors, claiming the woodies don't work under 8th edition, so I'm interested to see what you're putting together to make them competitive.

All the Glade Guard in the world :)

I'm looking at taking 70 of them, 3 units of dryads, and just causing death by a million paper cuts.

My laptop is currently dead so all my internetting is from my iPhone at the moment. But, I have 2 tournament previews and a general list building video (focusing especially on Empire) recorded and I'll hopefully be uploading them shortly, along with 2 tournaments in the next 3 weeks and maybe a practice game beforehand.

Great report's.

I was just looking through Autumn Throne of Skulls vs VC.

Your pendant lord is MC do to dark peg., so he is immune to Killing blow.

Unfortunately, the FAQ states that any character can be Killing Blowed as long as he would be infantry if he was not mounted.

Thanks for watching :)
