Can I redirect charge on a unit i saw before I charged the first unit? And can I redirect charge from fear-flee?

can only redirect to a unit you couldnt charge at first. and fear flee or voluntary flee is the same thing in this case

No. You can only charge something that is revealed by the flee reaction of the first unit. This was clarified in an article by Gav. Don't recall if it got into the annual yet but I think it did.

Yes, you can redirect if the chraged unit involuntarily flees do to fear/terror. The rules do not distinguish regarding why the unit fled, just that it did.
