Are themed lizardmen armies allowed at official gaming events? Ie. a Tlazcotl, chotec, list that was released in WD and is on the GW site?

Well on the GW site it specifically states that the rules are official and should be considered balanced. So you shouldn't have any problems.

That's what I thought, but someone made the point that when exceptions are stated ( ie southlands lists and others) that they specifically say those are allowed. Whereas there is no mention that these additional lists are allowed at official events like GT, Gamesday, etc..

Varies from tourney from tourney, but from what I have seen most tourneys only allow what is in the army books.
