question about tests?

I'm a little bit confused about toughness tests and initiative tests. are you supposed to rol over or under initiative( same with toughness)

Equal or Lower means you pass
Higher means you fail
6 is always a fail.

So a T3 target needs to roll 1-2-3, if you roll a 4-5-6 its a failed test.

Pg 5 of your rulebook is what you want.

You must roll equal to or under the relevant stat for a success. So, in your example, saurus need to roll a 1 to succeed.
