Wand of Jet and Natural 1-2?
The wand of jet allows you to "increase a casting result by +D6, after other dice are rolled." if you roll a 1-2 on the original casting attempt, can wand of jet still be used and allow for a successful cast?

Wand of jet doesn't add a power die, so no. It's just a bonus like, say, caster's level.
