Banner of Eternal Flame and a magic weapon - do they clash?

A question: If a unit has the banner of Eternal Flame, and a character in the unit has a magic weapon of some sort e.g. Obsidian Blade, do both effects take place? I was wondering if you were up against an enemy with the Dragonhelm would he get the 2+ ward save and no armor save. or does the sword over ride and attacks from the rest of the unit get the 2+ ward but against the character only applies the no armour save

Flaming and Armor Piercing do not apply to magic weapons unless specifically granted by the magic weapon.

AP does. Flamin and Poison does not however.

Thanks for the reply, but I am a bit confused about Armour Piercing, does it stack with a Magic weapon or not?

Armour Piercing stacks with magic weapons. The special rule does not have the same clause as poison and flaming which says that it doesn't apply to magic weapons.

So I have Sword of bloodshed (+3 attacks) and I'm in a unit with a BSB and a normal standard bearer that have banners with poision attacks and armor peircing, I'd only get the armor piercing?
