The spell states "The target unit is immediately removed from the table and replaced anywhere on the battlefield visible to the Wizard, provided that no model from the unit is within 1" of another unit or impassable terrain."
Does "visible" in this case mean forward arc and if so, does it apply to lone models that are in combat?
I have attached an image to better explain my question.
Thank you.
Can a lone model move backwards with Bridge of Shadows?

Line of Sight is not limited to the front arc.

What is "visible" to a model (as per the Bridge of Shadow's text)? 90 Deg forward arc minus obstructions or 360 Deg minus obstructions?

I would personally say that the intended rule is that the caster must be able to see the 'target location', e.g. he would have to be able to cast an infinite-range magic missile on the target model after it has been placed.

Read the rules of Line of Sight.
Lower yourself to model's "eye view" level and look around. If you can see the spot, you can teleport there. LoS is not limited by the front arc, you *can* look behind yourself.
There are a few extreme cases where LoS is needed but front arc is not, this is one of them. (it's usually the other way around, Front arc is needed but not LoS)
