No you cant, in the discription it (should ) say something along the line off
"The Wizard can swap places with a Character of the same Unit Type if they are within 12""
Now while Warlocjs do count as Wizards they are still a Unit and not a Character

Tho Warlocks dont get acces to Lore of Shadow
