What is the unit you love the most among the Druchii army?
Wich is the one that never proves you wrong when choosing it?

My favorite unit are, for sure, the Dark Raiders, because of their speed.
And with the Rxbs they can even do some damage vs. the most "normal" units, i love it to use them vs. Skaven etc.

RBTs are great, dark riders and my noble (on dark pegasus) are very good units too.

Executioners, these guys, ifthey aren't shot to death, always seem to get the job done for me. It seems like stealing to get ws5 st5 kb mv5 ld8 AND heavy armor for the low cost of 11pts. DArk riders come in a close second due to their ability to be anywhere at any time with 18 speed.

Harpies

Everyone hates them, but I think their cool.
Sure, they're weak, and they die easily in close combat, but man, are they an awesome harrasment unit. Even better than the Dark Riders I think. They're faster, cheaper, and can charge or move in any direction, plus, they're harder to hit when shooting. Sorry if I have offended anyone here for my choice of such a "crappy" unit, but o well. By the way, they are not my fav, but still, I think they're really cool.

Witches.....the reason is simple: it's the only unit we have capable of winning head to head with 40 spear gobbos(or any other swarm like units)

I just love corsairs

with dark riders as a close second. The corsairs are the cornerstone of the raiding armies of Naggaroth and I like the idea of their SDC. Tha sark riders are probably better game wise but they lack the "feel" that I have for the corsairs :lol:

Dont forget that they have to outnumber us 2:1 or they fear us... 21 spearmen could do the trick...

I go for the Witches! Always did, always will! They never betrayed me, when I knew the rules! And only once as i did not know the 6 th ed..(it was my 2nd game against a routine turney-player with counts. I did not loose, my army was turned to dust! :shock:

i would say my cold one knights... cos whenever you see them get a charge through, you know the game is rather decisive...

perhaps we should stick to types... i.e. infantry then the war machines or rare slots...

Well that could be a solution but I think that the RBT and the rare ubits are among the favorites so I have removed from the list the warriors the cityguard and the cauldron and I put together the CO stuff.
Sorry but it was the best I could do with the limit I had.
If you believe I should do any change please let me know.
But keep in mind that 10 is the maximum.

You know, I must say, I'm a little disappointed you didn't put Spearmen on there. When I first started playing, For my first 5-6 games, my Spearmen won me every game I won. They destroyed unit after unit of Skaven, stopped a Lizardmen Saurus unit in their tracks, then mowed them down..... they were great.

Granted, i don't use them much now, so I'm inclined to choose Dark Riders, which nowadays have done me well.
