Well even though I'm not the best person to be making an opinion I have to go with witch elves since most of those I will be facing are low armor and toughness.
U sure aren't the best person. In fact, your the worst!!!!!! U suck

While your right that it depends on who your facing, I'd say that in general witch elves
bc with lots of attacks comes the POTENTIAL to do much more damage, and potential
threats are much more useful. ppl just arent scared of executioners, but 2 sqads of witch
elves on the table will put the fear of God in them

Personnally i would take both.
Witch Elves rocks in melee because they have poisonned attacks, and after you can charge one flank with executionners... Units destruction guaranteed...
