What change is the most important now?

I would say that the most important things that need to be fixed are the Beastmaster, Cauldron of Blood and the Black Guard (and perhaps the Warriors with spears), because these units appear to be so bad that I don't see anyone use them.
As for the other choices:
Executioners seem just fine as they are; terribly vulnerable, yes, but heavy armour won't improve it that much.
Cold One Knights: stupidity is a pain in the ass, but I don't think it should be worked around... If they are stupid, they are stupid. It's bit strange if DE would get special rules to get out of it.
Magic Items: they aren't that good, and some changes would be good to make them fit the fluff. But other then that, I can work with them. There's enough nice items to work with.
Slaves: I don't want to see any of those. It doesn't fit the army, both in army style as in fluff.
