No comp is fair, same as the core rules, they are just shift's pf power.

Warriors of Chaos specific rules:
- Demon Prince can have max. 4 out of these: Mark of Nurgle, Chaos Armor, Scaly Skin, Soulfeeder, wizard level 1-2, wizard level 3-4(counts as 2)
- Max. 6 out of these: Character with T5 (except Chaos Warlord), Chaos Chariot, Bloodbeast Chariot, Chimera (the second chimera counts as 2), Hellcanon (max. 1, counts as 2), Sorcerer Lord, Demon Prinz, 3. Skullcrushers, 6. Skullcrusher.
- Max 1 Model with 3+ wardsave
- No third eye of Tzeentch alowerd on models with a 3+ wardsave.
- Max 1 Hellcanon
- Max 4 Flyers (Demon Prince and each chimera after the first one counts as 2)
- Max 1 Demon Prince

Looks pretty reasonable to me, though you're still going to get the usual Fun Prince, just without wizard levels. They should have really added Daemonic Flight into the restrictions.
