Hellebron combat alternative?
Yesterday I used Hellebron for the first time in battle, she kicked ass in combat but died before she could attack a second time. She killed 3 Crypt Horrors in one phase (9 wounds) worth 120 points. Is there something we can build for 310 points that can do the same, but with saves ?

Well, you could put Hellebron into a unit of witch elves with a cauldron of blood, that gives her a 5+ ward.
Other than that, you're probably looking at a dreadlord, kitted up with full mundane armour (heavy armour, seadragon cloak and shield), with the magic blade of +3 attacks, a potion of strength and a 6+ ward talisman. That gives you a single turn of 7 attacks at WS7 and S7, along with a 2+ save and a 6+ ward. It's only for one turn at S7, though, as after that you are back to S4. You can add a few more tweaks, like putting him on a mount for that 1+ save or placing him in a unit with an armour piercing banner.

For 307 pts you could kit out a Dreadlord with Cloak of Twilight, Ogre Blade, and Dragonhelm on a Dark Pegasus. That would be 4 Str 6 attacks doing D3 wounds each plus 2 Pegi attacks. So that's potentially 14 wounds max on round 1 due to the D3 wounds from the cloak. More likely 6 though on average. But a 1+ armor save and a 3+ ward and sometimes a 2+.
