In the file linked is a page layout of 3 blank spell cards for you to input any details you may wish.
The reverse of the card is designed for use with 'Dark Magic'.
Included is a layout guideline and the fonts used are also contained within the download.
Use your favourite package to customise the cards, Photoshop/InDesign/Word/Publisher etc.
Pages are A4. Files in both JPEG & PDF.
