A quick question befor drinking this delicious drink. Do we as the player have to state before charging that we are going to consume this drink? Or can we charge, make it into combat then drink once we get to CC phase?

-> You need to reveal the Assassin first, and if you don't make the charge it is wasted.

Its on my peg dreadlord to be more specific. Might be quite tricky to use it and hope he doesnt flee.
