the rules pack is pretty mental. no sea dragon cloaks for mounted characters but i can re-roll spells and shooting to-wound rolls due to Strength of Khaine from the cauldron (!)

"Don't use the rules as they were written because they're garbage. Use our garbage instead!"

I wouldn't go to that. What a silly rules pack.

pffft yeah. i'm just gonna sit there six-dicing doombolt! both the comp things below apply:

Dark Elves (2400)
 The number of Wizard Levels in the army combined - Max 6.
 Each Dark Rider unit / Each Doomfire Warlock unit / Each Mounted Character – Max 5.
 Mounted Characters may not take Sea Dragon Cloaks.

DARK ELVES
*The re-roll To Wounds from Strength of Khaine also apply to Shooting and Magic.
*The army list does not need to state any Lores for Morathi. She chooses her Lore(s) at the start of
each game as per her special rules.
*A model with Hatred (High Elves) has Hatred against all models taken from the High Elf Army Book.

above one from "the independent WHFB FAQ document": https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/882 ... 20v1.4.pdf

they aren't bad apart from the sea dragon cloak one, and the magic re-rolls, which is beneficial i suppose. spirit leech is totally wrong though. whatevs.
