Dark Elf Revision article in White Dwarf.
I have just received confirmation from Paul Sawyer that the Dark Elf Revision will be printed in White Dwarf number 287. Release date October 23 2003.
Within the article will be references to druchii.net ( yippee ) and links to the GW site where you will be able to download pdf files as stickies for your existing DE army book.
The article will also include photographs of a yet to be confirmed gamers army!
Believe me, it will be an issue NOT to be missed!
keep the faith guys and gals

Hurray!!!
Let's hope they do an expanded feature on Scott (Lion Of Flanders) Goldstein's army- It got rather short shrift in US WD #282.
DA, would you mind asking about Mengil Manhide's Manflayers the next time you speak with the powers that be? I've heard a lot of conflicting rumors about them (models finished/unfinished, rules being released/not being released) and I'd like to get the official word.

And you didn't even mention that WD287 has a Dark Elves vs High Elves battle report...

I'm active on a lot of forums and lurk on many more. As you can hopefully appreciate finding time to visit all of them *and* produce a monthly magazine isn't possible. I tend to drop into most lists from time to time though so this won't be a one hit wonder.
I'm always interested in hearing what WD readers think of the mag for good or ill. Getting good constructive feedback will only make the magazine better and I'm a big proponent of giving the reader what they want (within reason!) as that way they'll carry on reading.
I won't hijack this thread though - maybe with the moderators' approval I'll start a new thread for this subject...

Sadly keeping count is proving difficult as I'm running out of Druchii skulls to go in the 'High Elf voctories' pile...
Suffice it to say the generals are well-respected non-GW players and it's a cracking game.
Cheers,

Yeah I know, I understand you. Some pepole actually have a life, so I will presume you are one of them.
Can you maybe tell us wich the two players are, or is that even decided yet? As I have said on a number of ocasions, I'm a nosy fella.
Oh and feel free to start new threads, I'm sure no one will mind.

Yes this is the real Paul Sawyer. This comment gives it away...
At Paul : I didn't mention this because I didn't want to give away too much and steal all your thunder!
Welcome to druchii.net mate it is really, really good to have another senior member of GW within our ranks. If you want to start a thread dedicated to WD please do, I'm sure there will be no shortage of comments
