why 7 dark riders? most common size is 5. not that 7 is bad, but just wondering

My Dark Riders are going to be one of the main shooting points of my army as their speed will allow them to get in the best shooting poitions rather than the reaper which just shoots at what it can see.

hydra blade is pretty useless...as at most its going to give you an extra three attacks
i guess it depends who you're playing against but against most ppl there are better items you could use such as the black amulet

I would drop hydra blade and the RBT and get another unit dark riders and sword of might and enchanted shield for the noble
