Ok, first I need to point out this is a theme army. Kezef is a privateer raidng for slaves in the name of the Lords of Har Ganeth. He has a small raiding fleet, but is not from a Black Ark. So his crew and warriors are from the Crimson Blade clan, not corsairs. It's themed around a force of raiders who quickly isolate and attack garrisons and villages before returning to thier ships.
