I think it looks pretty good overall. Just one question though, why not use any RBTs? They are really useful and pretty powerful.
Witch Elves still suck ;).

-Give your highborn gauntlet of power and crown of black iron instead of the magic items he has now.
-Give your dark riders musicians
-Give your corsairs warbanner
-I'd drop 15-18 of the executioners. With the pts get a lvl2 with darkstar cloak and a dispel scroll.
-I'd also drop 2 harpies and 5 black guard to get a noble. Give him seal of ghrond and put him in you chariot. Your chariot will have US 5 then and will be able to negate ranks and get a bonus for flank attacks

Yep, you should consider swapping some ifantry (exec prefferably) for a lvl 1 or lvl2 sorceress, and I also think you should consider adding one or two RBT's. If you loos 8 exec., you'll get one RBT since your total cost as above only is 1980.

Except for magic and shooting, your list is very good, but I wouldn't want to go into combat without any magic at all... 8)

Well, it wasn't exactly clear that you're only playing vs. dwarfs.
Just take something else instead of the sorceress then

i've never personally been to big on harpies but i can see thier uses against a dwarf army. If you can take out his artilary then the RBT will be a uch better invesment then so many executioners

Do you hate Malekith?

Are you interested in seeing the overthrow of his incompetence to be replaced by a system capable of taking Ulthuan back??
