2250 list for monthly Tournament

Hi, I have gotten a couple of games under my belt with my first DE army and so far I'm liking the army a lot. Below is a list I am thinking of taking for the monthly tournament at a local store. I need some feedback on it so that I can do better than near the bottom of the pack. As an FYI there are 2 other DE players, 2 VC players, 1 dwarf and a chaos player normally showing up for the tournaments along with a couple other guys, who change up what they bring. The only limits on comp, is that you cannot have double rares, except for bolt throwers.
