If you are doing the one last go with the old book, then I think the BoHG on the CoKs is needed since it will likely be gone. Similarly, the banner of murder for the warriors would go well since we will have to pay nearly twice the price with the new book to get AP attacks. Other than that, looks like a nice use of the old book before the new one arrives.

I run the warriors in horde with the casters on either end so the lvl 2 gets the +1 buff to her leadership on her death signature spell.
I run the knights with the flaming banner to kind of dictate where the other guy drops his regen monster, (hydra, chimera, HPA). It frees up the hydrae to go stomping on troops and not get tied up with any other big nasties...

Can you use the generals leadership on the spell? I always thought it was the unmodified leadership.
I second the CoK funtimes since the banner will probably be gone come next book.

I thought unmodified leadership was the highest leadship of the unit now.
I hate that this has been faq'd multiple times that I can't remember what it is anymore...
