Need help with a 2000pt tournament list

So there's a tourney on at my local GW on the 9th August and I've been out of the game for some time so I need a bit of assistance with this list. I won't be able to proxy anything so I'll post a list of what models I have access to also.

Lords:
Dreadlord, 1+, 4++, Ogre Blade, Brace of handbows
Heroes:
Death Hag, Cauldron, BSB, Cry of War
Core:
10 Darkshards, Musician
10 Darkshards, Musician, Standard, Flaming Banner
20 Witches, Standard, Musician
Special:
5 Cold Ones, Musician
2 Reapers
2 War Hydras, Firey Breath
Rare:
2 units of 5 Doomfire Warlocks

Aside from the models in the list, I have:
20 Corsairs
Kharibdyss
Medusa
Could assemble a sorceress out of some spare bits
Could also assemble hellebron
I also have a dragon but I don't think that would fit at 2k

Alternatively, I could play high elves.
Any and all help is welcome

PS:
For anybody who recalls my post about a chariot army a few months ago, that is still in the works, I'm just waiting for some money to blow my way because I accidentally spent all of mine drowning my sorrows after my exams finished.
