2500 all round, for small tournament

This is going to be my first tournament and it is a small one (6 players). I know that there is going to be skavens, empire and WoC. Not sure about the rest.
I've been lately on a loosing streak against the skavens of my brother (the same skavens that I will probably face in the tourney). His army has become a well oiled machine while I'm getting back to my dark elves after having played dwarfs for a while (lately with very few success against the rats)
SS, Dispel Scroll, Ring of Hotek, Lore of Life Probably in the blackguards
