2000 Competitive list vs Chaos

Post by Tactical Dark ELf »

So got a game vs my friend who I can expect to bring Lvl 4 Nurgle Deamon Prince, Skullcrushers, mark of nurgle on all his warriors ( probably about 20) and probably less chosen usually run with great weapons on both. May even see a few nurgle knights and a bloodthirster
I agreed not to take lore of metal to make it fair(er) as well

5 dark riders, shields, musician, xbows
6 dark riders, shields, musician, xbows
6 dark riders, shields, musician, xbows
6 dark riders, shields, musician, xbows
4 repeater bolt throwers (RIP deamon prince and skullcrushers)
18 executioners, full command
5 warlocks
SS, lvl 4, death, dispel scroll, pegasus, cloak of twilight
Dreadlord, crown of command, pegasus, heavy armour, sea dragon cloak, shield, talisman of preservation
Master, pegasus, BSB, heavy armour, shield, sea dragon cloak, armour of destiny, lance
2008 total

Dreadpeg slams into the big unit of nurgle GW warriors, hopefully flank after some nice redirects with the dark riders, and then sits tight for the whole game with stubborn LD10 possibly with re-rolls with the BSB nearby. 1+ 4++ for protection
Bolt throwers take down deamon prince, and then after knights, skullcrushers ..anything left standing
18 executioners for reliability in the later turns, they will be nice vs anything
5 warlocks for soulblight and doombolt,
Not entirely sure what to do with master on peg
SS justs flys around casting death spells, and denying him points, a 3++ against magic is nice too
