GW will not allow Chaos to attack Ulthuan, they're totally focused on Middenheim .... just like the High Elves couldn't show up and attack O&G, it has to be logical. And by the way, you won't get anywhere near lustria .... Alith Anar and Eltharion will stop you. You have never stopped Alith Anar - in fact he has even danced with Morathi and gotten away w/ it!
