How does the slaanesh list work?

i was just wondering if we get to use the slaanesh varient list at any other times other that in the SOC? i just wanted to know before i went out and spent money on all the models.
Strike fast, strike well, strike hard, but above all strike where it hurts.

It's been stated numerous times in this forum that the list will be 100% official nd usable without opponents permission once SOC is over.
