i think that if chaos wins (which it dont look like) the eternal winter will only affect the Empire or atleast thats what the guy in the atlata GW store said

I love how chaos is working for us. They make things like home, we then conqure it and make it home. I can defenitly see a Druchii noble saying something like, "Oh, I winter in Ghrond, but I summer in Altdorf."
