A few members (all I know of are chatters) round here play it, I'm yet to get into it really but it's meant to be really good.

It's nice to learn and play the game. Although Fumbbl builds a lot of bad habits. Mostly "Agility" teams can't cope with "Bashy" teams as they don't play each other often. Not to mention it is very rare to see team loyalty, most people will retire teams if they don't win thier first two games or they take too many injuries.
In a Tabletop league you play a wider variety and learn to cope with injuries as well as having injuries that you inflict actually mean something.
That said, I DO occasion fumbbl a game every now and then to play with people I don't get to see on a regular basis.

Its great
I think I'm the "infamous" chatter that plays it, although a fair few others do.

I'm Silas on there as well, so easy to find. And, of course, in the chat room you can often find me if you wish to arrange for a game.

Well, after the JavaBBowl program had a little fight with my firewall, it wasn't able to connect to the internet anymore (odd). Though, I'm still a firm believer that a computer screen doesn't beat the thrill of a real-life game of bloodbowl.

*ROFLMAO!*... How scary it might sound, I know exactly what you mean. And I can tell you this: the dudes that held the convention where we showed how to do this, weren't too happy about our 'demonstration'. That day, I seriously learned to appreciate a decent warming-up. :p

Ain't it just, ain't it just!! It's a fabulous game , my old school ended up banning it though, people were getting injured...that's how you're supposed to play bloodbowl is it not .
Knightmare: Nice work on finding that one, I even noticed a respectable number of Dark Elf players on there .

Well, if you play app. 20 games a season and six seasons after one another, things like that indeed tend to happen...
