Working on my Nurgle

I decided to just start using my 40k models in fantasy since after you put them on movement trays it doesn't matter anyways.
So far to work with I got
20 plaguebearers with full command
1 Herald of Nurgle
3 Rotflys with riders
1 Nurgle Soulgrinder (I like phlegm bombardment)
With the release of these blight king models I am pretty excited. I think I will be picking up the end times book 2. Gutrot and 10 blight kings.
How would I build a army with these models, I assume a block of 4x5 for the plaguebearers and stick the herald in there with some sort of magic spell things???
My favorite tactic is to run directly into a fight and try to tough out a win 5 turns later!
