tactics: the rhino marines and bikers charge as fast as they can towards the enemy to get thier icons close for turn 2 while the foot marines run forward. turn two i deepstrike my units near the icon so they dont scatter or behind enemy lines. turn three the rest of my army shows up to finish of the survivours turn four onwards is improvisation and on the spot decisions.
be as cruel to me as you want.

For a start, you have one icon, and thats on your Sorceror who Im guessing will be deepstriking. You cannot deepstrike without scatter or bring in demons with an icon whos character deepstriked in the same turn.
First turn. Your small amount of models get torn through, Demon Prince hugs cover. Your Obliterators are the only thing that can cause harm on the first turn, and in return they will be shot at and you will have nothing to do but take it.
Second turn. If your Sorceror and Terminators don't come in, the rest of your units will keep being shot at, and even the Obliterators may not be alive. If they do come in, they are in danger of scattering off the board, into enemy units or out of the main battle completely. Expect your 2 puny five man squads of marines to be dead or running as they are just too small to make it to the third turn.
Third turn. If your Sorceror and Terminators didn't come in last turn, demons still cant come in for another turn and everything else above applies. If they did come in, you still have to roll for the Demons. 2 small units like that will be ripped through. Demons MUST come in numbers.
Fourth Turn. Not much will be left. Demon Prince may have killed a unit, Sorceror could have turned a character into a spawn, aside from that, the enemy(assuming a decent opponent) will have most of his army left.
You need to go away from spending so many points on uber units. More numbers will help tremendously, as your army atm is relying too heavily on a few guys with 2+ saves. A few plasma guns will ruin your day.

Manticoreslair- The Invun given by Turbo Boost is a special invunerable save so the Invun given by MoT does not add on to it. Even if it did, T6 is far better then a 2+ invun, as you always get the T6 and only get 2+ Invun when turbo boosting.
Vallorn- You have 23 points left, give your Marine units an Icon, you can give each one Mark of Chaos Glory.
Everything else is fine.
I would swap out your sorcerer for a Daemon Prince with Wings, MoT, Warptime and Wind of Chaos. This prince in my own chaos army can annihilate entire squads of Orks to Space Marines very quickly by moving fast, casting warptime then casting wind of chaos and then charge whatever is left after the 'always wounds on 4+ with no armour or cover saves allowed with re-rolls to wound flame template' . Apart from that I can see no obvious problems which is good.
