Well before I can make any suggestions (I have not played for some time, also not up on the new edition, you have been warned) I would like to know what your basic tactics will be. However I like the look of the list I just wonder if:
Drazhar master of blades is worth it point wise as I think your WWP Haemonculi could use some form of transport, but that comes down to personal taste as I tend to avoid special characters under 2500.
I also often question if Sybarites are worth it point wise. If they are meant to be a gunboat I tend to ignore them, if there is a chance of close combat then they may be worth it.
Overall I like it as it seems to focus on our strengths of speed and hitting them where it hurts. Good luck.

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted then used against you.

My general tactics are that I deploy the Haemonculus's and the Lance Squads first. Then deploy the WWP's in the first turn one on each flank. The elements of my force which appear on turn two which arrive from reserve normally after arrival hammer down on flank and overwhelm the enemy on that side of the table. With the Raider Squads acting as support squads and last minute objective grabbers.
I understand the idea of removing Drazhar he just seemed like a good idea at the time. The sybarites will probably end up seeing a bit of combat.

I think the list is good, although i have been better going without the WWP's. This strategy haven't gone well for me, but that's just me. On "paper" it looks really good.

Well, WWP tactics isn't going good in 5th ed. Massive shooting will get all army down.
It is my personal opinion, suited my personal style and tactics but I'd:
-drop Drazhar,
-drop hommies,
-drop Sybarites, Blasters and SplCans from Raider Squads, give them DLances and maybe 6-7 strong, if You want scoring squads, better take 10 strong normal squads with SplCans and Shredders, or blaster only.
-drop blasters from Wych squads, take more Wych insteed
-take full (3x) Disintegrator Ravagers,
-Take Talos or Reavers (blaster squads for tank hunting),
-give all Raiders Horrorfexes, maybe Night Shields for some of them (CC squads deliverers) and for Ravagers,
-for saved points I'd take one or two more Raider squads or Wych on Raider,
That's all I can think of quickly.
