Hello roleplayers! I have just recently become an RPG moderator, and plan to start up a new RPG group within the next week or so. I want to try to get as many people who have been waiting to join a group as possible, and to make things easier I need your help.
Please respond to this post if you currently have a character waiting to join a group and you are still active. This way I can weed out all those who made a character a while back and are not even active on here anymore. You have plenty of time; I plan on waiting till after Memorial Day weekend to form the group up and I will send you a PM if I decide to pick up your character.
Well I’m glad to see a few responses so far, that’s a good thing. Here are a few words:
@LoDark- I left a comment on your character you can check out. Overall it looks good, but I would like to see a little more in your background story.
@izirath- I see that you have been in the queue for a bit, and you’ve work on your character based on the feedback Khel left you. All in all it looks pretty good now.
@Marious- I think you have a really nice character, and I see you’ve already had some experience in an RPG group. That’s good; someone with a little experience will be nice to have.
@Kulte- I see that you made a character, but as Khel’s reply states, it needs to be posted in the Character Creation thread. Once you have one in there, I will give it consideration, but I’d suggest adding a bit more to your character’s background to flesh out his story some more.
Remember everyone; there is still plenty of time as I plan to let this run till after Memorial Day, Monday the 26th (fyi LoDark). In the meantime, keep patient a little longer, add any tweaks to your characters, and take some time to read through the other RPG groups’ posts to get a feel for the experience.

Ok then, I posted my character in the right place and I'm going to re-write some of his history.
One other thing, I have plenty of rpg experience, as I've been playing for about a year or so now on websites similar to this.
Yes I have followed Khel's advice, and I have rewritten my character. But haven't gotten another reply, yet. I also have some earlier experience, I have done Forum RPG before.

Hi, im interested as well. I've RP'ed here before (In Group 9) so I do have some experince, plus a brand new character posted in the Creation thread. Any suggestions or questions are appreciated.

I've been spending the weekend with my family out of state, so I havn't has much free time otherwise. I will be returning to my home in the evening, and I will then post a more comprehensive response and list all accepted people for this group. Thank you for your patience!
Ok everyone I finally have the time to give a full response. Everything looks to be in order; everyone has a character that looks very good and I think were ready to go ahead with this group. Everyone who has responded to this email thus far is accepted into this group. I will also send each individual person a PM informing them that they have been accepted into the group. I will set up the new group thread in the Role Playing Forum, so be sure to check there for my post and respond that you are present. I will leave a small amount of instructions in that post that I would like everyone to do, as well as set up a rough guideline for how the RPG will work. After that, I will give it one more day for everyone to respond and go over these instructions, and then we will formally commence the RPG on Wednesday. I look forward to seeing everyone in there!
