We're back up! (And a heads-up on organisation)

Post by Ansob. »

Hey, people. D.net is back - doesn't it feel great? :) Since we've been down for a moment, I imagine that most people aren't aware of its return yet - the next week or so will be devoted to reorganisation, I think.

As you may have noticed, you have a new set of moderators - Arq and myself. :) Anaryin is, regrettably, no longer with us, having had to move on (ugly, isn't it? 'scalled Life, damn thing ;)).

Anyway, whilst we're waiting for our lives to reorganise around d.net, could our modest followers reassure their new mods as to their continued existence? Hopefully, we can begin working on this again as soon as possible! :)

Great to see that the Mordheim section has survived the downtime, too.

I interprete this as a sign to start a new Dark Elf warband for playtesting purposes. :D

Do us a favour, then. :P

You might want to wait until the week's over to see if we're not headed for a fourth Alpha, though... ;)

Editnit: modness breeds arrogance, as depicts the singing-off part. ;)

Hi. I'm still around and will offer advice as I can, though my work schedule means playtesting probably isn't possible.

Every bit of contribution and insight available is welcome. You might get politely told to bugger off, but it's still welcome. ;)

tk: you spelled it wrong. :P
(But thanks. :))

I double-post for a reason. :)

Recently, the Mordheim forum has been a tad disorganised, in case you hadn't noticed. ;) To that end, as soon as everybody is here, we'll have a discussion about organisation. Until then, I'll be stickying every thread that we're currently working on and unstickying them once the changes make their way into the Alpha.

Could you specify whom exactly are we waiting for? Because I remember that we were already waiting for some people in June. So maybe we could set a deadline and if they will not show up "voluntarily", ask them directly (if anyone has a contact) if they want us to wait for their opinions or not.

For the record, I shall mostly be away for the next two weeks (gettting back around the 20th of september). I may have a chance to check in once or twice but don't expect much new input from me. After that it#ll be business as usual.

Wahey, didn't know there was Mordheim on here. I just started it while the forum was down, so hopefully I can learn something :D

Kinda guessed that, actually. ;) Don't go anywhere, we're still waiting for Arq to show up again to kick back into full gear.
