On a cold winter morning....

Post by Sarathalu »

Although I am not new to Warhammer, I am (sort of) new to the Dark Elves. In recent years ('05 on?) there has been a notable lack of Warhammer Fantasy players in my area, and so my attention has shifted more towards 40k. Nonetheless, I do keep a fistful of projects on hand. However, I decided recently that the Druchii were one army that truly deserved to be painted as a real army - not as a small force/large warband (as often happened). So...my new policy is to paint and build until the army is finished and then worry about getting the proper rulebook. My ultimate goal is to create a realistic, playable, 6th ed style Dark Elf force (there will be pictures eventually).

If you have any questions or comments....do not hesitate to ask.

Welcome Sarathalu to D.net!
Hopefully, by the time you get your first playing partner, 9th edition rulebook will not change too much the best setting of your army.

Thanks for all of the warm welcomes.

@ xFallenx - I plan to start taking pictures soon...hopefully after I finish the current model (that will give me at least 5 of everything I've made so far).

That was easy.
Anything seems warm in the freezing winter we get. ;)
